Warm and sooty peat with charcoal and a hint of bacon. Salted lemons, black pepper, smoked olive oil, becoming sharper and more herbal with iodine, menthol, anchovies, and grapefruit peels.

Moderately long, with mango and papaya hints and herbal notes.
