Description
This Bruichladdich 12 Year Old Second Edition is a collectible single malt Scotch whisky from Islay, bottled at 46% ABV. It represents a significant release as it was made from stocks produced before the distillery's 2001 revival by Mark Reynier and Jim McEwan, showcasing a different character from contemporary Bruichladdich releases. Matured in a combination of first-fill and refill American oak bourbon casks, it was distilled from Optic barley and is lightly peated to 3ppm. This bottling was a limited edition of only 2,000 bottles. [3, 4, 6, 10]
