Description

Buffalo Trace Single Oak Project Barrel #120 is part of Buffalo Trace's landmark 192-barrel experiment exploring wood characteristics and aging variables. Barrel #120 features a wheated bourbon mashbill filled at 105 entry proof into a barrel constructed from the bottom half of an oak tree, with #4 char and 12-month stave seasoning, aged in concrete warehouses and bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV) in a 375ml bottle.
