Description

The annual release of a classic expression from one of Islay's unpeated distilleries, Bunnahabhain. Matured in sherry casks and bottled at natural cask strength, this maritime whisky has lashings of salted dark chocolate, stewed plums, and blackberry compote. The 2025 release is bottled at a hearty 56.4% ABV and is a true showcase of Bunnahabhain's signature style. Master Blender Julieann Fernandez hand-selected the casks, focusing mostly on second-fill Oloroso sherry barrels, with a few first-fill and refill casks for just the right balance. It is presented non-chill filtered and with no added colour.
