Nose
Sharp nuttiness, caramel, struck match, honey, añejo tequila, pomelo rind, mushrooms, and a hint of butyric acid. Notes of rum cakes, fruit cake, orangesicle, lemoncello, marzipan, and sweet grape with toffee, cocoa, prunes, walnuts, and cherry cough syrup.
Palate
Dehydrated figs, cashews, nutmeg, cinnamon, añejo tequila, birch sap, alcohol heat, and sea air. Big cherry flavor, brown sugar, pine, nutty/caramel notes, mint, grass, and peppery spice. Medium thick and oily mouthfeel.
Finish
Long with baking spices, bitter coffee, mixed nuts, and mushroom savoriness. Big fruitcake, sweet and fruity, with almonds, cooked eggs, homemade caramel pudding, and herbs. Red berries, mulled wine, prunes, butter, and intense baking spice.
