Description

Bushmills 15 Year Old is a single malt Irish whiskey, triple distilled and matured for 14 years in first and second-fill ex-bourbon barrels, followed by a 12-month finishing period in French oak ex-Cognac casks. This unique aging process imparts rich layers of caramelised pear, apricot, and tropical fruits, balanced by warm vanilla, soft spice, and toasted oak. It is bottled at 40% ABV.

Finish
Medium to long, warm, sweet, and woody with vanilla, sweet pear, oak, spices, white pepper, cinnamon bark, gingerbread, and lingering fruit notes.
