Nose
A classic ex-bourbon cask, with coconut shreds, nuts, vanilla, and spice, with quite some wood, as well as sweet pastries, Belgian waffles, sugar icing and a hint of acetone.
Palate
Quite sweet and lovely on the palate, with juicy vanilla and caramel candy covered in chocolate. The coconut is back in the form of bounty bars, quite spicy at times with a touch of chili and ginger powder.
Finish
Roasted nuts, mocha, coconut candy, vanilla ice.
