Nose
A lot of smoke. Spicy with pepper dominance. Rubber (I'm thinking “layers of bicycle tires”, but it's more pleasant than it sounds!).
Palate
Smoky of course, in a pleasant way. Otherwise, it starts peppery and then increasingly transitions into sherry sweetness. Are these sweet berries or apple that come next? Difficult to define. With a few drops of water, it definitely becomes apple and some dark chocolate.
Finish
The finish is long where the smoke and dark chocolate linger and are topped with tobacco.
