Red citrus, stone fruit, vanilla, and sweet spice. Notes of spiced oak, fresh citrus peel, tropical fruits (mango, pineapple), sweet honey, smoked wood, lemon and lime peels, dried flowers, leafy herbs, and a hint of white pepper.
Palate
Concentrated malt, orchard fruit, and honey. Smooth texture with dark chocolate, dried fruits, spices (cloves, cinnamon), toasted nuts, caramel, and a pleasant spiciness. Waves of yellow tropical fruits (pineapple, pawpaw), milk bottle lollies, honeyed malt, and black tea tannins.
Finish
Red wine fruit, honey, and a dash of light peat. Long, balanced, and elegant, with oak, subtle spice, toasted nuts, red grape skins, toasted grain, and a lingering spicy woodiness.
