Classic Clynelish profile with warm waxiness, candle wax, furniture polish, lemon juice, greengages, chalk, faint peaches, and white guimauves. Also notes of kiwi, walnut, mineral, hays, freshly cut grass, oolong tea, banana, and pineapple.
Palate
Sharper with zesty citrus, ginger, grapefruit, fruit gums, shortbread, mineral, waxy side, minty notes, herbal drops, green tea. Also lemons, melons, dominating grassy notes, chalky, paraffin, lime, and camphor.
Finish
Long and consistent, lingering citrusy, lemon (skin), aniseed, light grassy notes, and a salty touch.
