Nose
Incredibly fruity with fresh aromas of pears, apples, and cut flowers, slightly peppery, dried herbs, and honey. Also sweet and woody with artificial grape flavoring, butterscotch, rich wood, leather, and some hay.
Palate
A lot of fruit, especially strawberries and pears, with a pepper note. Herbal and bitter at first, with hints of smoke and seaweed, rounding off with wood. Echoes the fruitiness and sweetness, adding pleasant spiciness.
Finish
Flowery and sweet with hints of lavender. A distinct Speyside character with a dash of smokiness and a dry finish.
