Crittenden's Cut Above Persimmon Wood is a 5-year-old bourbon whiskey distilled by Crittenden Distillery in Mississippi. Barreled initially in February 2019, rebarreled into Tawny Port wine casks in March 2023, and transferred into Persimmon wood barrels in April 2024, before being bottled at 113.2 proof (56.6% ABV) in October 2024.
