Nose
Lightly heathery and sweetly honeyed, with nutty-fruity Oloroso, tropical fruit notes of banana, pineapple, fresh apricots, walnuts, and a little wood spice. Guava, mango, black pepper, dark fruit, gentle oak, soft smoke, malt, sherry, and citrus notes.
Palate
Creamy-smooth and coating, honey sweet with warming nutmeg and pepperspice, balancing exotic fruity hints of grape, peach, and apricot. Fresh tropical fruit drizzled with honey, a touch of toasted coconut, toffee, raisin, gentle smoke, and soft oak.
Finish
Quite long, attractively sweet and malty, yet clean with plenty of white pepper spiciness. Elegantly drying, vanilla-rich oak-spice lingers, with a little nutty character and warming spice. Long-lasting, intense, vanilla, oak, and chocolate.
