Caramel with toasted oak, fruit notes of apple and orange, rich caramel, sweet charred oak, cherrywood, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple.
Palate
Rich vanilla, caramel, and butterscotch, along with spices of black pepper & cinnamon, thick caramel, tannic charred oak, blackberry, plum, vanilla, oak, maple, brown sugar, leather, red fruit, and baking spice.
Finish
Nicely layered showcasing all flavors, fades slowly then lingers as it cools, with chili spice, cinnamon, tannic oak, nutmeg, lingering astringent leather, tobacco, and mint.
