Fresh and vibrant with delicate green apple, honey, vanilla, malted cereals, dried grass, lemon zest, and fresh coconut. Some spirity, mineral, and slightly sooty notes.
Palate
Initially fresh and vibrant with sharp, zesty lemon and vanilla. Develops with honey, malted barley, crisp apples, unripe pears, white grapes, and a malty, herbal character.
Finish
Short but pleasant, with sweet vanilla and honey fading to drier, spicier, and bittersweet notes of malty cereals, dried grass, and bitter lemon zest.
