Description

Our Master Distiller, Billy Walker, is passionate about wood management. From the thousands of casks maturing across our 16 warehouses, he hand selects a small batch for our single cask series, closely monitoring the development of the whisky until he finds the perfect balance of distillery and cask influence. It takes experience to steer the unique interaction of wood, spirit and maturation. Billy Walker leaves no stone unturned in his pursuit of excellence.
