Description

Using a combination of Pedro Ximénez, oloroso sherry and port casks, this non-age statement bottling was released in 2019. This whisky was created using peated malt as an homage to the traditional methods used by James Allardice. The distillery operated its own maltings until its closure in the 1990s, a small proportion of which was peated even then. First matured in ex-Bourbon Casks, then in exOloroso- and exPedro Ximenez-Sherry Casks.
