Description

This is a distillery-exclusive release from Glenfarclas, a Speyside distillery owned and run by the Grant family since 1860. This 13-year-old single malt was distilled in 2004 and bottled at 57.5% ABV. It was released for the Distillery Visitor Centre and was part of the 2018 Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival. Only 599 individually numbered bottles were released.

Oily mouthfeel, spicy with ginger and cloves, sweet honey, rum-soaked raisins, caramel, earthiness, syrupy sweet, medium to full mouthfeel, funky sulphur oloroso character.
Finish
Lingering toffee notes, caramel glazed apple, salt, figs, raisin, nutty, medium finish.
