Nose
Milder, a bit dry, medium sherry bomb, soft and delicate. Intense, oaky and earthy, heavily sherried with hints of nutmeg and dried apples.
Palate
Rich and full-bodied, sugary and chewy with rich orchard fruitiness. Sweet at first, then an astringent oak grip, bitter chocolate and marmalade.
Finish
Medium to long, delightful, deep and creamy. Dry, astringent with a sweet aftertaste.
