Nose: The aromas have alight fruit notes with malt and spice. Sweet honey cornflakes aroma, red fruits and flower meadow in touch with an unexpected dash of white vinegar. Fresh peppermint spice fizzes, then we come to see some lively, light-hearted malt.
Palate: Smooth and soft with good sweetness and winter spice. Beautiful sherry and floral notes entwining and unfolding on the palate. Sweet, elegant delivery. Light smoke and then a pleasant quinine bitterness mid-palate.
Finish: Finish is long, spicy and smooth. Soft chocolate mousse as mint spices spiking, the sherry malt lingers around nicely.

The sherry and soft chocolate sound like they bring some richness, but this also seems light, floral and lively rather than dense. That gentler balance appeals to me, with minty spice and quinine bitterness keeping it from reading as purely sweet.
