The Highland Park 25 Years Old matured in first-fill, sherry seasoned European oak casks. Silky and full-bodied, delivering spicy coriander seed, oregano, sweet vanilla, gentle peat, rich sherry influence, and oak spices. Flavors of honey, dark chocolate, dried fruits, cinnamon, and nutmeg are also present.
Finish
Long and satisfying, blending sweet and woody notes with a faint citrus peel, anchored by soft smoke and oak. Lingering notes of spice, sweet oak, and gentle smoke with a faint echo of the sea.
