Founded in 1895, Gordon & MacPhail has been bottling single malt whiskies for 120 years. This Highland Park 1997 was independently bottled by Gordon & MacPhail as an 'Exclusive' release, distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2009 at 50% ABV. It was matured in a single sherry cask, #5821.
