Apricot compote, crushed almonds, lime zest, vivid, spicy attack (ginger, nutmeg), heather, honey, oily, peat smoke in the distance, creamy milk chocolate, rich, caramel, salt, orange, apple, oak, sultanas.
Finish
Lingering tang of smoked lemons, subtle smoke from Orkney heathered peat, sweet smokiness, drier, long continuation of taste, herbal, grassy, drying, tannic spice, pepper, aniseed.
