Description

This is the second release in a limited six-chapter collectible series launched for the first time in Australia, paying tribute to Jack Daniel's unique production process. Chapter 2 celebrates the creation of charcoal from five-foot-high stacks of hard sugar maple that are doused in unaged whiskey and set ablaze for the distillery's mellowing process. Bottled at full proof directly from single barrels, this Tennessee whiskey stands out for its boldness and depth of flavour while retaining the smoothness of Single Barrel releases. It is an Australia Exclusive release.
