Nose
Sweet, fruity, and with a wisp of soft peat smoke, green aromas of apple and fresh cut grass, honeyed notes with caramelised pecans, hazelnut praline, and a briny quality.
Palate
Delightfully sweet and luxurious with icing sugar, apricot jam, golden sugar, baked green apple, vanilla toffee, dried red apple, crème brûlée, candied orange peel, sultana, baking spices, cinnamon, and antique furniture notes.
Finish
Decent length with prominent smokiness, soft and gentle with sweet ash and refreshing salinity, developing after fruity and sweet characteristics fade, with hints of pepper, oak, and a gentle salt.
