This Jura 2007 15 Year Old Old Malt Cask is a single cask bottling by independent bottler Hunter Laing & Co. It was distilled in 2007 and matured for 15 years in a refill American Oak hogshead before being bottled in 2022. This release was bottled to commemorate the launch of The Ardnahoe single malt and was non-chill filtered.

Clean and fresh with notes of lemon and vanilla, very caramelly, sweet with clear oak notes, herbal sweets, sea salt spray, thick and greasy, salty yolk, cream biscuits, fresh citrus fruits.
Palate
Herbal notes intertwine with malted barley, vanilla and yellow apples, wood aftertaste. Sweet and mineral, lemon peel, briny, mouth-coating, strong and herbal.
Finish
Malty, long finish with a touch of orange pith, medium long and spicy, sea salt, tar-like.
