Description

The Kanosuke Hioki Pot Still Limited Edition 2024 is a Japanese-style pot still whisky produced at the Hioki Distillery, which is part of the Komasa Jyozo Co. It is made from malted and unmalted barley, distilled in unique stainless steel pot stills under vacuum pressure. The whisky is matured in a combination of new American white oak casks, ex-Bourbon barrels, and re-charred ex-shochu casks at the Kanosuke Distillery warehouse. This release is a limited edition for 2024.
