Description

The first commercial single malt whisky distillery in Taiwan, built by the King Car Group in 2005 and producing its first spirit the following year. The distillery takes its name from the indigenous Kavalan people of Taiwan's Kabalan Plain and the brand was launched in December 2008.

Sherry blast with oak tannins, pepper, cinnamon, clove, Brazil nuts, dark chocolate, blackberries, prunes, and nutmeg.

Long and dry with bittersweet cocoa powder, leather, black cherries, sandalwood, and molasses.
