Zesty with notes of key lime pie, green apple, rhubarb, sweet lemons, pineapple, honey, vanilla, and butterscotch. Underlying smoky, mineralic, and earthy tones with hints of leafy mulch and overripe fruits.
Palate
Creamy and mouthcoating with banoffee pie, vanilla custard, shortbread, and caramel chocolate. Tangy grapefruit, orange zest, and marmalade are present, alongside mineralic, salty, and peaty notes with hints of tropical fruit like pineapple and coconut.
Finish
Long and chalky with grapefruit, juniper berries, white pepper, and bitter herbal touches. Lingering peat smoke, sea salt, brine, lemon oil, and a digestive biscuit note.
