Intense peat smoke, sea spray, and medicinal notes mingle with sweet cereals, fresh oak, pipe tobacco, leather, nutmeg, and vanilla. Hints of sweet apples and caramelised pastry are also present.
Palate
An explosive and full-bodied experience of sweet and spicy notes, including vanilla, toffee, sea salt, cinnamon, and pepper. Underlying flavors of sweet oak, coconut, citrus zest, black pepper, iodine, TCP, olive brine, and nutty dough.
Finish
Long and powerful, with lingering peat, brine, and warming spice. Notes of charred oak, smoked mackerel, sea salt, black pepper spice, antique leather, and a sweet grassy smoke that fades to a tarry peat aroma.
