Nose
Powerful, with iodine-soaked smoke, sea-spray, and subtle peat. Notes of blueberries, lemon curd, brown sugar, milk chocolate, pears, vanilla, orange peel, walnuts, toffee, citrus, and mint.
Palate
Mellow, smooth, and sweet with refined peat. Waves of charred driftwood, briny toffee, liquorice root, coconut cream, citrus zest, and sweet chili pepper. A massive peated burst with hints of sweetness.
Finish
Long, smouldering, and gently dry. Lingering ember-like peat, salted caramel, subtle oak tannin, eucalyptus freshness, and a savoury character.
