Iodine and sweet peat upfront, with honey, vanilla, briny salt, stewed fruits, and baking spices. Rich, smoked pork and beef, hickory-fueled campfire smoke, meaty peat, salted cured meats, tobacco leaf, citrus, toasted bread, menthol, and medicinal notes.
Palate
Rich, peat smoke, saltwater, and malts. Sweet honey, vanilla, and stewed fruits. Powerful, ashy, earthy smoke, iodine, sea salt, oak tannins, lemon, and sweet orange. Viscous, meaty peat smoke, sea salt and brine for days, buttered toast, caramel, sweet malted grains, apple pie, and orchard fruits.
Finish
Long with baking spices, vanilla, honey, leather, sweet tobacco, licorice, and cardamom. Lingering peat, strong ash, medicinal iodine, vanilla bean ice cream, orange fruit, and savory notes. Chilli-chocolate mousse, old bandages, white pepper, charred seaweed, and lemon.
