Description

Luxurious and expressive. Baked pear with golden caramel and bright citrus on the nose. The palate unfolds with chocolate ganache, mulberries, vanilla custard and apricot compote. A smooth, lingering finish of cocoa-dusted hazelnuts, coconut cream, sultanas and bush honey, shaped by rare Port, Sherry, Bourbon and American oak casks. This premium single malt whisky is part of Lark's new luxury core range, launched in early 2026, and is considered the purest expression of the LARK 'house style,' characterized by its bold, vibrant, and fruit-driven profile. It is distilled at their Pontville Distillery and crafted using signature applewood smoked water.
