Nose
A sherry grenade with notes of wet carpet, leather, tobacco, damp leaves, and burnt caramel. Also, rich stewed apple, festive spices, citrus, red apple, light chocolate, raspberry, and a hint of cocoa coffee.
Palate
Distinctive dryness with an oily texture. Intense flavors of fig, dark chocolate, earthy leather, bitter cocoa, forest fruits, toasted hazelnuts, and black pepper.
Finish
Long and spicy with an astringent, dry character, followed by a slight fruity sweetness. Lingering notes of summer berries, dried cherry, and charred oak, with a touch of citrus peel.
