Vibrant fruitiness with marzipan - not unlike Christmas cake. Spicy with a hint of peat - cherries and with time toffee comes through.
Palate
Lots of sherry character, spiciness, slightly herbal.
Finish
Meaty and savoury. Dry, like a martini or a fino sherry.
