Description

The Scotch Malt Whisky Society (SMWS) was founded in Edinburgh in 1983. This Mortlach 1987 32 Year Old is part of The Vaults Collection 2020, bottled by SMWS. Mortlach distillery, established in 1823 in Dufftown, Moray, Scotland, is known for its unique 2.81 times distillation process. This particular release, cask 76.146, was distilled on September 24, 1987, and matured for 32 years in ex-Bourbon and first-fill Oloroso hogsheads. Only 152 bottles were produced.
