Rich honeycomb, aromatic spices, buttery french toast, chocolate, orange, hints of sweet smoke, leather, toffee & baked banana. Caramel, apples, and vanilla with a touch of prune and faint smoke.
Palate
Sweet and spicy delivery with plenty of smoked Yoichi malt. Juicy sultana, rum & raisin fudge, crunchie bars, orange bitters, ripe figs in honey. Mostly caramel with touches of hay, honey, and apples, like caramel apple cider with cinnamon. Pipe tobacco and dried fruit.
Finish
Salty orange, rich sherry soaked dried fruit, singed waxy fruit, vanillin oak and a classic Yoichi sooty smoke note. Honey, caramel apples, vanilla and almond cookies with a hint of cinnamon. Short to medium long.
