This North British 16 Year Old 'Dalry Milk' is a single grain Scotch whisky independently bottled by Master of Malt. It was released on April 1st, 2025, as a playful homage to Dairy Milk chocolate and the Gorgie & Dalry area of Edinburgh, home to the North British Distillery. The whisky was matured for 16 years in a 2:1 ratio of Oloroso and Palo Cortado sherry casks, resulting in a rich and sweet profile. The bottle design, which paid homage to Dairy Milk, led to its discontinuation due to potential legal issues, making it a sought-after limited release.
