Description

Octomore Polyphonic 15 Year Old Fèis Ìle 2025 is the oldest Octomore expression released to date, a super heavily peated single malt from Bruichladdich Distillery. It is a limited edition release for the 2025 Fèis Ìle festival, matured for 15 years in a complex combination of first-fill bourbon barrels, refill American oak, and various premium wine casks, including Grenache, Sauternes, Amarone, Oloroso, PX Sherry, Syrah, and virgin oak. This expression is a blend of iconic Octomore releases and unreleased single casks, presented non-chill filtered and free of added coloring.

Sweet cinder toffee, vanilla fudge, dark chocolate, sea salt, burnt orange, barbeque smoke, liquorice, ripe cherry, and delicate honeysuckle.

Freshly baked pastry, golden syrup, coffee, subtle minerality, sea salt, warm sand, beach bonfire smoke, oily texture, jammy sweetness, and a medley of spices.
Finish
