Old Potrero Single Barrel Reserve Straight Rye Whiskey is distilled from a 100% malted rye mash in small copper pot stills by Hotaling & Co. in San Francisco. Matured for 8 years and 7 months in 24-month air-dried, fine grain, new American oak barrels, this single barrel reserve is bottled non-chill filtered at a cask strength of 66.3% ABV.
