Penelope 11 Year Old Founders Reserve is a limited cask strength straight wheat whiskey released as part of Penelope's Estate Collection in 2024. Distilled from an experimental mash bill of 95% wheat and 5% malted barley and aged for 11 years in charred new American oak barrels at the historic Ross & Squibb Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, this Lot C bottling was released at a cask strength of 116.6 proof (58.3% ABV).
