These hand-filled bottlings are available exclusively to visitors to the distillery. Valinchs are by definition only ever at cask strength, from a single barrel, and selected for their individuality. Each Valinch released has its own label and title, usually to commemorate a specific event. This Port Charlotte Valinch CSC:02 was distilled in 2009 and matured for 11 years in a 2nd Fill Cabernet Sauvignon Cask, Cask Number: 1191. It is a limited release of 417 bottles, bottled at 60.4% ABV.

Medium thick and oily, hot, prickly, sweet, strawberry liqueur, kirsch, leather, earth, smoke, strawberry filled Pączki, red berry sweetness, caramel, winey, earthiness, toffee sweetness, almond bark, smoked creme brûlée, maple glazed BBQ pork, apple pie with cinnamon and caramel drizzle, honeycomb.
