This is a rare 1980s bottling of Redbreast 12 Year Old, a single pot still Irish whiskey. It was originally bottled by Gilbey's, a Dublin spirits merchant, using distillate sourced from Jameson's Bow Street Distillery, before the Redbreast brand was acquired by Irish Distillers in 1986. Distilled in the late 1960s, this expression represents a significant period in Irish whiskey history.
