Redbreast Lustau Edition is a Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, born from a unique collaboration between Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, Spain, and the Midleton Distillery in Ireland. Initially matured for 9-12 years in a combination of traditional bourbon and sherry casks, it undergoes a final refinement for an additional year in first-fill, hand-selected sherry butts seasoned with Oloroso sherry from Bodegas Lustau. This non-age statement expression highlights the iconic sherry influence on the Redbreast range, offering a rich and complex flavour profile.
