Nose
Alcohol, vanilla, malt, floral, fruit, eucalyptus. Oak and green apples, a hint of smoke (coal smoke?), acetone, grain, and much citrus. Also a whiff of something reminiscent of bad wood. With water, a little sweeter and some vanilla, also a bit soapy.
Palate
Sweetness, round, fruity, soft, fatness. Massive impact, burning grain, then some grass, herbs, and pome fruit. Bitterness from oak, again some grain but not burning.
Finish
Long, lingering aftertaste. Very alcoholic and burning. Very long, alcohol, fruit sweetness. With water, aftertaste of herbs and bitter oak.
