Description

Chivas Regal is one of the most famous and prestigious premium spirit brands in the world and the initial release was a 25 Year Old designed to appeal to the high society of the US with its higher and more complex malt content setting it apart from other blends. At the heart of the blend are the finest aged Speyside malts, including Strathisla. Royal Salute 21 Year Old The Sapphire Flagon is the flagship blended Scotch whisky of the Royal Salute collection from Chivas Brothers, launched in 1953 by master blender Charles Julian as a tribute to the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. The name itself refers to the traditional 21 gun royal salute, matched by the 21 year minimum age statement that has defined the brand for over seven decades. The whisky is housed in the iconic Wade hand crafted porcelain sapphire flagon, reminiscent of the precious stones in the Crown Jewels.
