Palate
Moderately creamy mouthfeel with dark fruit, chocolate, vanilla, nutmeg, cereal, cinnamon, oak spices (ginger), buttery notes, meringues, almond oil, and candied red fruits.
Finish
Medium length with lingering spices, crème caramel, buttercream icing, oak spice, vanilla, sherry, stewed fruit, tobacco, cocoa, and a hint of bitterness.
