Spey Trutina is a single malt Scotch whisky from Speyside Distillery, released in late 2016. The name "Trutina" means "honest and pure" or "balance" in Latin, reflecting the natural and simple characteristics of the distillery's spirit. This limited release of 18,000 individually numbered bottles is matured exclusively in American bourbon casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, and has no added color, aiming to express the whisky at its natural best. It is known for its well-balanced, fresh, and crisp profile.
