Nose
cigar wrapping, dry tea leaves, mars bars, overcooked raspberry jam, marmalade, hay bale, slight farm-yard funkiness, whisp of woodsmoke, after a while some slightly fresher herbaceous notes - tarragon and sage.
Palate
chewy chewy texture, more jaminess, tobacco, ash tray, sticky toffee pudding, some macerated raspberries and brambles, bit of cracked pepper and chilli chocolate. Punchy. Big flavour with an expressive nose.
Finish
sherberty (lemon sherberrrrrrtt) with Kimchee and K-pop.
