A vibrant cereal note, with gooseberries, mango, vanilla pods, grapes, honeycomb, and a gentle Kintyre coastal breeze. Fresh orchard fruit, orange zest, heather, honey, malt, and light peat smoke with maritime salinity.
Palate
Fruit and cereal notes continue with oatmeal, malted barley, orange pulp, heather honey, hard toffee, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Oily mouthfeel with spice, pepper, and a rich, creamy texture with malt, caramel, and dried fruit.
Finish
A characteristic sea salt note, sweet salted caramel, toffee, and drying peat. Long and elegant, with lingering notes of oak, gentle smoke, and a soft, salty undertone.
